Dinner time - Mom's the chef

As mentioned earlier, one of the objectives is to cook for Ames. I got down to cook chicken porridge for this guy.

Ingredients:
Chicken bones from the thigh
Finely diced carrots
3/4 bowl of washed rice (soaked for 15mins)
2 1/2 cups of water

Method:
Let the chicken bones and carrot mixed together and left to boil
Next put the washed rice into the pot
Pour in the cups of water
Let the mixture simmer for about 20mins
Ready for serving

Guess I will be more than happy to serve tomorrow's lunch and dinner.

PS: Now I understand why my mom always says everything need to be scrapped else wastages is very "sayang". Mom is always right.
